Central Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. prunes trees from Jalan Landas Pacu Ruas Selatan to roundabout near Akbar Mosque, Kebon Kosong Urban Village, Kemayoran. This road is a part of Asian Games Torch Relay route.

"20 trees are pruned to make it looks good and neat to support arrangement that previously done by painting and cleaning the area," said Sabdo Kurnianto, Head of Central Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept., Monday (8/6).
According to him, pruning will be done in torch relay route near Akbar Mosque, Kemayoran. His side deploys 14 personnel to prune those trees.

"We also plant decorative crops such as cordyline, ruellia, and pucuk merah to make it looks more beautiful," he mentioned.
